Season and reason pass away

Like feathers dancing in the wind

All time should hold a steady pace

Not join a race into the sun

The breakneck speed, intense, bucolic

As hearts and minds collide undone

The passing tide is rising fast

And waves approach full with intent

Then with a blow havoc rent

No life has truly ended

Time will soon make three from two

Creating love from hearts unbent

Will you miss me when I’m gone?

When the dust clears

And the smoke settles

Will the memories fade?

As the lights dime

And the curtains close

The people pass through
