Untitled

As roses grow in summer air
Birds chase across a cloudless sky
The smells, the sounds are sweet and fair
Time moving at it's own slow pace

Sitting under an oak with a sigh
Hands full of yarn and tattered lace
While gardens full of wonder I spy
Taking it all in with a steady heart

The world picks up its weary pace
As I see the sunset colors start
I turn my body but stay my face
Allowing the sun to lighten on my hair

Time has come from this haven to part
To leave and go where I dare
I wish had wisdom to impart
I wish I understood why

Plea

By blessed light of virgin Moon
Bring my love before me soon
If he should be light of hair
Bring him not in summer air
If he has hair that's dark and dusty
Bring him when the flowers are lusty
If he has eyes that flirt so blue
Bring him when the flirting's through
If he has eyes of green or brown
Bring him when he's settled down
If he is tall and lean
Bring him bright and eager and keen
If he's short or mean or stout
Well, you can just leave those ones out!
But no matter how deep the glowing gloom
Bring my love before me soon!

Il mi uomo dagli occhi selvaggi (My wild eyed man)

Il mio uomo dagli occhi selvaggi
Lui vede attraverso la mia anima
Respira il mio respiro
Lui mi riunisce a sé stesso
Fino a quando non siamo uno
Giù alla nostra molto essenza

(My wild eyed man
Who sees though my soul
Breathing my breath
Gathers me into himself
Until we are one
Down to our very essence)

Missing

When the infinitesimal motes of dust that make up my being
Dissolve into the matter that makes up the universe
Will saline flow from your eyes in solidarity
For the time lost to us?
I know the scattered motes will mourn their disconnection
Perhaps the lamentation you speak of Will vibrate at such a frequency
That they will draw the discorporate motes together
And that will be much better
Time spent mourning what could have been

Intent

I'm not sure anymore what color your eyes are
Or if they light your face they way they used to
Or If the spark is still there
But I do know how you melt when we speak
How the world is better with you in it
How time moves slower when you're away
If this works out it won't matter anyway
We two will rule the world
Because our world will be each other

Luminescence

Deny me not your tender embrace
It brightens the darkest of nights
Warm me with the light of your face
That shine that makes everything right
Your gentle touch brings me to tears
Knowing it will soon be missed
I wish you could allay my fears
Gone with only one kiss
